The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Carrie L. Bell, 26, 924 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jeremiah T. Siggers, 30, 162 Sycamore Court, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported on Deerwood Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported on U.S. 61.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

* A drug violation was reported at Florence and Maryland streets.

* Animal abuse was reported in the 1300 block of Old Cape Road.

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of North West Lane.

* Indecent exposure was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
