The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for domestic assault.
Summonses
* Michael T. Kern, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Lauren M. Karlin, 18, 724 E. Washington St., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and no valid operator's license.
* Marissa A. Malloy, 24, of Piedmont, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Rebekah J. Yamnitz, 41, 613 E. Adams St., No. 4, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
* Pablo D. Bartolini, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Joseph M. Tittle, 25, 526 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Chistoppher C. Williams, 19, 123 County Road 541, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain proof of insurance and displaying the plates of another.
* Donna J. Conaway, 45, 1837 Mulberry St., was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
* Kenneth B. Pitts, 18, 613 Bedrock Lane, was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
* Harold M. Williams, 40, of Wendell, N.C., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of Sappington Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the area of Litz Boulevard.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Lyndhurst Street.
* Property damage was reported in the area of Vera Wagner Drive.
* Property damage was reported in the area of Parkview Street and Optimist Hill Drive.
Miscellaneous
* An assist was requested in the 400 block of East Main Street.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 1600 block of Tanglewood.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 bock of East Jefferson Street.
