The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Devon A.D. Wiggins, 19, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Blake L. Farris, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and speed.

* Danielle N. Pettigrew, 26, 813 Amanda St., was issued a summons for a dog at large.

* Janice L. Haley, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Aaron M. Smith, 18, of Cuba, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Christina N. Hobbs, 29, 405 Broadridge Drive, No. 6, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Melonie V. Reed, 44, 2624 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Gary W. Hill, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Dennis E. Ray, 39, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Christopher H. Jung, 45, 923 E. Independence St., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
