Jackson police report 3/1/13

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stephen M. Chaney, 17, 1641 Jackson Ridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Cory R. Lacy, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant.

Summonses

* John W. Lambert, 35, of Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

* William J. Rhames, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Matthew N. Berger, 25, 1091 Aspen Drive was issued a summons for affray.

* Andrew R. Vanek, 29, 615 W. Washington St., No. 3, was issued a summons for affray.

Burglary

* Attempted burglary was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of White Oak Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of Mansfield Place.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Jackson Ridge Drive.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
