JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Erica R. Anderson, 17, 110 N. Union Ave., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Domonique D. Smith, 19, 1305 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Denise J. Stickel, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Brandon E. Dubois, 30, 2094 Old Toll Road, No. 14, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Drew C. Howard, 29, 216 Harmony Lane, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Andrew R. Vanek, 20, 615 W. Washington Ave., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for affray.

* Candace B. Payne, 25, 122 Mary St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brittany K. Mcarthur, 17, 277 Althea Lane, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a solid red light.

* Jennifer N. Jones, 17, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Shawna K.L.A. Santos, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield for a posted stop sign.

* Jeremy A. Rollet, 26, 811 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Caleb P. Burton, 22, of Millersville was issued summonses for failure to stop at a posted stop sign, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and failure to produce insurance.

* Tyler L. Akers, 18, 829 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 100 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 100 block of North Ohio Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 100 block of North Oak Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Wayne Avenue.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
