The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. DWI n Cianna Kerr, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana under 10 grams, possession of liquor by a minor, failure to drive in single lane, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to comply with provisions of intermediate driver's license and a seat-belt violation...
