The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sherry D. Bailey, 40, 8722 Highway 61, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation, and was issued summonses for driving while suspended and backing into an angled parking space.

* Dustin W. Palmer, 28, 1139 Connie St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for theft.

Summonses

* Jeffery J. Boch, 53, 306 Wayne St., was issued a summons for theft.

* Erica D. Holshouser, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Arleather Bell, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Debra S. Smith, 56, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Brooke N. Long, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for backing into an angled parking space.

* Robert D. Hanners, 34, 402 N. High St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Kalie M. Hunt, 17, 1330 Rolling Fields, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of North Neal Street.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Donna Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of North Farmington Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 2000 block of Whitney Jean Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 100 block of South West Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of Wedgewood Drive.
