The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Victoria M. Holderbaugh, 20, 924 E. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Bobbie J. Purkey, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Quentin A. Hopper, 18, 3874 County Road 324, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
• A 13-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

• Brittany D. Gilman, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Krista D. Seabaugh, 36, of Jackson was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Andrew J. Smith, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Andrew D. Oxford Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• April E. Brown, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator’s license suspended.
• Larry G. Hohman III, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Lukas O. Floyd, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Syble M. Martin, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Lisa A. Housman, 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Apache Avenue.

• Assistance was requested in the 700 block of Greensferry Road.
• Fraud was reported in the 100 block of Corinne Street.
• Assistance was requested in the 800 block of Clark Street.
• Identity theft was reported in the 400 block of Oak Forest Drive.
• Assistance was requested in the 500 block of Berchman Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• Assistance was requested in the 100 block of South High Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1800 block of Ridge Road.
• Assistance was requested in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of North Shawnee Boulevard and Woodland Drive.
• Assistance was requested in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1000 block of Carolyn Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 2600 block of Watson Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
