The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Joel A. Muhlfeld, 20, 4850 State Highway 2, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Ashley M. O'Kelly, 27, 621 Sycamore Circle, No. 3, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tamara L. Stover, 34, 506 Koch Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Bunker Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Ripken Way.

* A request to speak with an officer was requested in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of Kies Avenue.

* A weapons violation was reported in the area of North Farmington Road and West Independence Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street.

* Domested disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.
