The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Andrew J. Fetters, 38, 117 S. Farmington Road, No. 2, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
* Melvin D. Frazier Jr., 25, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Blake G. Macke, 42, 639 Bunker Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
* James C. Mills, 51, 722 Oak St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Patrick A. Amschler, 49, 5679 State Highway 72, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Craig R. Barnum, 40, 1332 Rosebud, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Patsy K. Frazier, 44, of Kennett, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Michelle R. Davenport, 45, 2284 Garrett Lane, Apt. A, was issued a summons for assault.
* Savannah J. Lee, 19, 2284 Garrett Lane, Apt. A, was issued a summons for assault.
* Gabrielle M. Murray, 20, 405 Cowboy Alley, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Check the welfare was requested in the area of Stotler Way.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of Donna Drive.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 1100 block of Birdie Lane.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 200 block of South Lacey Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 2800 block of South Hope Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Gerald Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.
* Two 14-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.
