The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kimberly S. Kennon, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Sean M. Labrot, 23, 406 East Lane, No. 3, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant.

* Marion G. Farrow, 63, 926 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a drug violation.

Summonses

* Andrew L. Meyer, 41, 140 Hilltop Meadows Drive, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Kacey C. Bollinger, 26, 507 Country Road 345, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lucas J. Ulrich, 30, 812 S. Shawnee Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Matthew D. Dameron, 33, 708 Oak Meadow Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 2300 block of Ridge Road.

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of Elm Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 500 block of Maple Drive.

* Tampering was reported in the 500 block of North Ohio Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
