The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jose M. Martinez, 49, of Alamo, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license and failing to maintain proof of insurance.

* Cournie E. Sites, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Katherine M. Christeson, 36, 336 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for displaying the license plates of another vehicle.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 1300 block of Old Cape Road.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 4400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Eastview Court.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 200 block of Elm Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on Canyon Trail.
