The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher A. Shepard, 23, of Millersville, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher T. Parmer, 30, 315 East Lane, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A request to speak was made in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A request to speak was made in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of East Main Street.

* An assist was requested in the 800 block of East Jefferson Street.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
