Summonses

• Lucas A. Elfrink, 19, of Leopold, Missouri, was issued a summons for speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.
• Kimberly L. Kuehn, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.
• Theft was reported in the 2400 block of Garrett Lane.
• Theft was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Donna Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Old Cape Road.
• Theft was reported in the 600 block of North Georgia Street.
• Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Hope Street.
