JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Kelcy F. Sayler, 24, 620 N. Main St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Matthew L. Gutwein, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession by consumption and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Regan N. Luker, 38, 934 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

• Corey V. Sherrod, 43, 692 E. Jefferson St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of stealing.
• Nicole C. Darwin, 30, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired driver's license.

Summonses

• Michael R. Meador, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended.
• David L. Ivie, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while his operator's license was suspended and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Amy E. O'Kelly, 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Raymond J. Halter, 31, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Ricky N. Kelley, 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
• Andrew S. Mellies, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Brittany A, Meyer, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Brittany R. Wilson, 21, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Travis L. Leimer, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 100 block of South West Lane.
• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 2500 block of Dianna Drive.
• Property damage was reported in the area of City Park.

• An assist was requested in the 4700 block of Old Cape Road East.
• An assist was requested in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.
• An assist was requested in the area of South Old Orchard Road and Bainbridge Road.
• An assist was requested in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.
• An assist was requested in the area of West Washington Street and Farmington Road.
• An assist was requested in the area of Klaus Park.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of North Hope Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of Bradom Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
