The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jason A. Clark, 35, 225 Keystone Drive, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Brooke M. Albrecht, 19, 374 Pleasant Lake Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Zachary J. Carpentier, 23, 320 Morgan St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, felony property damage and theft.
• Natalie P. Owens, 21, 6245 County Road 532, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, felony property damage and theft.

Summonses

• Julious A. Myers, 52, of Millersville was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Jason A. Clark, 35, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to use a signal and failure to register a motor vehicle.
