The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Travis S. Licare, 27, 652 Abbie Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
* Deanna L. Campbell, 44, 2711 County Road 525, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Toni D. Shavers, 28, 1436 Cousin St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Ashley D. Jones, 29, 3821 County Road 607, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
* Zachariah D. Sutton, 20, 2535 Masters Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Hunter M. Lucas, 20, 2545 Lynwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Three 14-year-olds were cited into juvenile court for possession of an imitation controlled substance.
* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for delivery or manufacturing a controlled substance.

* Mikela R. Brown, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Richard L. Niswanger, 55, 727 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Tyler S. Jones, 18, 457 County Road 601, was issued a summons for carless and imprudent driving.
* Erin A. Pulley, 33, 1317 Brandom St., was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Kenneth D. Austin, 28, of Pacific, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Doyle D. McClanahan Jr., 41, 2503 Lakeshore Drive, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a city business license.
* Angela K. Crader, 3090 County Road 638, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a city business license.
* Roy G. White, 50, 184 South Lane, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a city business license.
* James K. Maevers, 54, 625 Clover Ranch Road, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a city business license.
* Heather D. Burger, 22, of Commerce, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another vehicle and driving while suspended.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Main Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 3100 block of North High Street.
Miscellaneous
* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Hope Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Jefferson Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of Dianna Drive.
