Jackson police report 12/19/16

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Leobardo Q. Velasco, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Kyle R. Best, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (drugs), possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Deidre M. Donley, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, failure to drive on right half of roadway and failure to maintain insurance.
• A 16-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.
• A 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.
• Eldridge N. Robinson Jr., 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

• Christina N. Parker, 31, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Sean E. Daly, 46, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
• Dennis R. Kincy, 66, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Don S. Sappington, 58, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Kyle R. Best, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to dim high beams.
• Sarah N. McManaman, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure the register a motor vehicle.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 800 block of North Farmington Road.
• Theft was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1100 block of Highland Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Howard Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Washington Street.
• An assist was requested in the 1200 block of Kiowa Trail.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of Oak Street.
