JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Albert H. Jones, 63, 305 Florence St., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Summonses

• Cindy L. Dickman, 63, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
• Dustin R. Hamilton, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Lacey N. Mccallister, 25, of Gordonville was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.
• Chelsey D. Lukefahr, 21, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Lancelot W. McGuire, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and failure to maintain insurance.
• David L. Ivie, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for trespassing.
• James R. A. Hutchcraft, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
• Katelyn P. Wilfong, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.
• Courtney R. Klob, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Natasha D. Larry, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Allen W. Biggs, 23, of Jackson was issued summonses for property damage and resisting arrest.
• Phillip L. Harkey, 23, of Jackson was issued summonses for property damage, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and resisting arrest.
• Sherri L. Pourney, 59, of Jackson was issued a summons for making an improper turn.
• Trenton B. Gray, 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.

Property

• Property damage was reported in the area of Clear Spring Place.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
