The Jackson Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jason R. Schuler, 32, 122 S. Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
* Matthew C. Marshall, 45, 200 Greensferry Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

* Salina L. Adams, 33, 177 Birch Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
Summons
* Rodney A. Pinkerton Jr., 18, of Millersville was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle and failing to maintain insurance.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
