JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dominique D. Smith, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Jacqueline D. Stotts, 26, 713 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Susan J.A. Wilson, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Garrett A. Koch, 18, 720 Anise Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Casey D. Sitze, 23, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* Joseph N. Nichols, 23, Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Devin E. Burden, 17, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for displaying plates of another.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
