JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kevin L. Kielhofner, 33, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Jesse S. Lowe, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, warrant.

Summonses

• Maria B. Wade, 50, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Hunter C. Moxley, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
