The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Rachel G. Martin, 32, 1741 Mulberry St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jacob T.H. Kelley, 18, 4219 Route Y, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher C. Ives, 30, 113 S. Farmington Road, No. 3, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael G. Smith, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Casey L. Brennan, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of South Hope Street.
