JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Misty McIntyre, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Summonses

* Kyle McGuire, 22, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued summonses for speeding and for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Elmwood Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
