Summonses
* Douglas C. Ford, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
* James A. Sidek, 55, 1093 Aspen Drive, was issued a summons for illegal parking.
Assault

Theft
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
