* Clinton Reynolds, 19, 12897 Highway 177, was issued two summonses for driving while suspended and displaying plates of another vehicle.

* Colby Hurst, 22, 683 E. Jefferson St., was issued a citation for failure to wear a seat belt.
* Eric Bosco, 27, 281 Tecumseh Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.
