Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the follwing items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Haley N. Cato, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Summonses

• Benjamin L. Spiecker, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for opearting a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.
• Triston B. Thele, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Mark A. Asbridge, 58, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 900 block of Highland Drive.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the area of Francis Drive and Greensferry Road.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Identity theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Harassment

• Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Disturbance

• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
