The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Lois J. Forde-Kohler, 46, 2800 Wedgewood Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Donnie A. Sanford, 37, 723 August St., was issued a summons for tampering with utilities.

* Leah M. Holshouser, 21, 509 Nellie St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Justin A. Pape, 35, 301 Elwanda St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

* Brooke M. Lee, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
