Summonses

* Nicholas Laird, 24, 615 N. Georgia St., received a summons for failure to register motor vehicle annually.

* Jameelah Woods, 17, 711 W. Washington St., received a summons for affray.

* Aaron M. Tillotson, 36, 803 W. Main St., received a summons for affray.

* Patrick Webb, 20, 720 W. Adams St., received a summons for affray.

* Jaime E. McLeod, 31, 803 W. Main St., received a summons for affray and property damage.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 2100 block East Jackson Boulevard.
