Jackson police report 10/7/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Victoria J. Slinkard, 60, of Millersville was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license.

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Joshua P. Duncan, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Claudia M. Howe, 57, 1434 Brookview St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Victoria J. Slinkard, 60, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joshua W. Biester, 28, 721 W. Adams St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jennifer N. White, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Stephanie A. Belmar, 37, 145 Cheyenne Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

* An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

Burglaries

* Attempted burglary was reported in the 300 block of Cathy Drive.

* Attempted burglary was reported in the 1200 block of North Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Donna Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the area of Hubble Ford and Parkview Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Fraud was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of Brookside Park.
