The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shanda M. Berry, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm.

* Terrelle T. Hulbert, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Misty R. McIntyre, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Zachariah D. Sutton, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm.

* Brittany P. Stewart, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Kenneth R. Pair, 51, 924 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault and unlawful use of a firearm.

* Amanda D. Brill, 23, 248 Oak Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Alan J. Beck, 30, 314 Elmwood Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration and theft of utilities.

* A boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Hunter C. Ransom, 20, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Steven L. Amulunke, 55, of Whitewater was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael S. Harper, 31, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* John R.D. Francis, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Larry W. Luttrull, 47, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Cory A. Seabaugh, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ami D. Illers, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Thad M. Brady, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for peace disturbance by means of barking dogs.

* Jackie L. Salsman, 61, of Centerville, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Ruby M. Swartz, 79, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield to a motor vehicle, causing a motor vehicle accident.
