The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Samuel C. Hahs, 22, 630 Sue Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* George M. Carver, 38, 4633 Greenwood Circle, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Zachary R. Orrell, 17, 806 Andrew St., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with revoked driver's license.

* Clark D. Smith, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Cuong X. Nguyen, 43, 1367 Boxwood St., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Tracy A. Fetterhoff, 47, 408 Whetstone Way, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Kyle D. Brown, 24, 225 Goodson Drive, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Eric P. Brazel, 41, 2530 Ridge Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Burglary was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 4600 block of Greenwood Circle.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1800 block of North High Street.

* Keep the peace requested in the 700 block of Dallas Street.
