JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

Summonses

* Mildred L. Bowman, 35, 706 E. Independence St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Robert D. Bowman Jr., 40, 706 E. Independence Street, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Thomas F. Lichtenegger, 44, 705 Bois D Arc St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Eric P. Brazel, 41, 2530 Ridge Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Shawn L. Dobbs, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and driving while suspended.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 4600 block of Greenwood Circle.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1800 block of North High Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of City Park.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Ann Drive.
