Summonses

* Christopher F. Cleland, 29, 1547 Bel Air Drive, No. 28, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Shanna K. Surratt, 34, 190 Mark Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tia S. Coleman, 22, 3325 Indian Springs Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
