* Timothy A. Warner, 19, 713 Oak St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

* Rachel G. Martin, 32, 1741 Mulberry St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Jacob A. Yount, 23, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Greensferry Road.
