• Bradley D. Clary, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ronald W. Nichols, 59, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Angela N. Martinez, 37, of Friedheim was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Gaylin C. Clayborn, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Brayden K. Beaird, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Taylor D. Randol, 23, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and displaying the plates of another.
