  • Zachary A. Payne, 21, 297 County Road 541, was arrested on suspicion of theft, unlawful use of paraphernalia and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

Summonses

  • Lukas O. Floyd, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Cassaundra N. Valnecia, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Carteiz D. King, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.
  • John E. Randol, 52, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
  • Zachary O. Hicks, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
