Jackson police report 10/13/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for third-degree assault and peace disturbance.

* Hailey E. McElwain, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault.

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, 502 Louis St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault.

Summonses

* Chelsea S.M. Sullivan, 19, 1038 Clark St., was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Donald F. Sutton, 29, 121 East Rodney Drive, Cape Girardeau, was issued summonses for speeding, failure to maintain insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and driving while suspended.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1400 block of Jennifer Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Kies Avenue.

* An assist was requested in the 600 block of West Main Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* An assist was requested in the area of West Mary Street and North High Street.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 400 block of North Maryland Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
