The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Adam W. Holloway, 37, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Fenix M. Vandeveer, 18, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
• Elizabeth A. Boyer, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 800 block of Strawberry Lane.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 1900 block of Watson Drive.
• Property damage was reported in the 900 block of East Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Lost property was reported in the 2700 block of Ridgeway Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
