JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Austin L. Wilson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, failure to maintain single lane and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• John T. Lang, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant.
• Connor D. Thrower, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
• Jasmine M. Reid, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of passing bad checks.
• Timothy R. Harwood, 51, of Leopold, Missouri, was arrested on an Arnold, Missouri, warrant.

Summonses

• William J. Penrod II, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jake A. Scroggins, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and failure to maintain a single lane.
• Timothy R. Harwood, 51, of Leopold, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.
• Melissa M. Faulkner, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 100 block of South West Lane.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.
• Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Bel Air Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
• Theft was reported in the 700 block of Emma Street.

• An assist was requested in the 2800 block of Hilltop Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Aaron Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of Prairie View Trail.
• An assist was requested in the 200 block of Elm Street.
• Harassment was reported in the area of West Jackson Boulevard and South Farmington Road.
• An assist was requested in the 2300 block of Oak Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Sue Drive.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 2300 block of North High Street.
