The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

DWI

• Dustin Overbey, 27, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain single lane of traffic.

Summonses

• Justin W. Doles, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Teresa L. Mayberry, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Mark E. Bock, 55, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Danny S. Blair, 47, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Nicole A. McLard, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Francis J. Ivanovich, 52, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Leona Conrad, 61, of Jackson was issued a summons for tampering with utilities.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 800 block of Donald Street.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.

• Assistance was requested in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.
• Assistance was requested in the 800 block of West Main Street.
• Assistance was requested in the 300 block of North Missouri Street.
• Assistance was requested in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of North Lacey Street.
• A court order violation was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.
• Fraud was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Adams Street and South Union Avenue.
