The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Connie S. Lang, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and reckless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* David R. Williams, 55, Branson, Mo., was arrested on Taney County warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and passing bad checks, and a Jackson County warrant for probation violation.

* Austin Whitworth, 29, 308 S. Ohio St., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Summons

* Ashley N. Kratzer, 23, 301 Elwanda Drive was issued a summons for fraudulent attempt to obtain hydrocodone.

* Rebecca Priest, 45, 170 Faithful Drive in Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carl Spencer, 40, 713 N. Farmington Road, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of East Adams Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

* Theft was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Sappington Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Clark Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2700 block of Ridgeway Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
