JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Mary E. Fulmer, 53, 2094 Old Toll Road, No. 1, was arrested on a Madison County, Mo., warrant.

* Zechariah Kurgas, 20, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Kaitlin M. Crawford, 20, 2358 Garrett Lane, Apt. D, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christa G. Teague, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kristin M. Schuchart, 32, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no proof of insurance.

* Laura M. Smith, 27, 1219 E. Jackson Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Clorissa D. Ross, 20, of Ozark, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.

* James L. Lafrentres, 45, 315 N. High St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Layne A. Pombert, 30, 4592 Highway 72, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael A. Estes, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Charles R. McClard, 40, 4519 Highway 72, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* An assist was requested in the 400 block of Florence Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1200 block of Highland Drive.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 200 block of West Main Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Request to speak was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Request to speak to an officer was reported in the 600 block of Francis Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

* Check the welfare was reported in the area of Andrew Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
