The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest do not imply guilt.
* Adam C. Knight, 20, 2846 Whitener St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Mark R. Sander, 33, 1316 Delwin St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Jonathon H. Davis, 30, 269 Bedrock Lane, was issued summonses for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to provide proof of insurance.
* Sean A. Umbeck, 23, Knob Noster, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Michelle M. Oehler, 26, St. Louis, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Layne A. Pombert, 30, 4592 State Highway 72, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Steven P. Koerner, 30, 122 S. Bellevue, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Melinda S. Gallamore, 30, 413 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Monroe Street.
* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Dianna Drive.
* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Tanglewood Road.
* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.
* Keep the peace was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.
* Check the welfare was reported in the 700 block of East Main Street.
* Check the welfare was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* Forgery was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A weapons violation was reported in the 1500 block of Watson Drive.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Main Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
