Jackson police report 1/21/15

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Michael E. Rice, 44, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Two 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for being minors in possession.
• Scott J. Kinder, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (drug) and speeding.
• Sarah R. Hamm, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

• Tiffany N. Piwowarczyk, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.
• Bryanna S. French, 20, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Cody A. Reid, 26, of Jackson was issued summonses for failing to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another, failing to maintain insurance and a seat-belt violation.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 4000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
• Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Gloria Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 300 block of Elwanda Drive.
• An assist was requested in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1300 block of Oak Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of North Georgia and East Main streets.
• Harassment was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Abbie Court.
• Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.
• A drug violation was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Kent Street.
• A weapons violation was reported in the area of East Main and Donald streets.
• A fight in progress was reported in the area of Morgan and Oak streets.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Hope Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
