DWI

* Troy D. Strom II, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Ralph J. Knoblauch, 73, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Roxanna M. Ditto, 22, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Manda M. Simms, 33, 1004 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for displaying license plates of another.

* Garrett L. Seabaugh, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North Russel Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
