JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Troy D. Strom II, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Ralph J. Knoblauch, 73, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Roxanna M. Ditto, 22, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Manda M. Simms, 33, 1004 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for displaying license plates of another.

* Garrett L. Seabaugh, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North Russel Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1300 block of Tanglewood Road.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Luetje Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* A drug violation was reported in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.

* Request to speak was made in the 1300 block of Lenco Avenue.

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 1300 block of Woodland Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of South Hope Street and East Jackson Boulevard.
