  • Rajeana J. Warner, 36, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another vehicle.
  • Terra D. May, 40, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Sherry S. Wilhelm, 56, of Ballwin, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
