The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* William G. Frame, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Meaghan R. Tate, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Mary E.C. Craig, 35, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Meaghan R. Tate, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.
* Joshua C. Crowley, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
* Aaron T. Hodges, 23, of Leopold, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Francis Drive.
Assault
* Assault was reported in the 2700 block of Mansfield Place.
Miscellaneous
* Domestic disturbance reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
