The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Edgar A. Brogden, 46, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on a South Cole County warrant.

* Marry L. Robbins, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Roland J.J. Rogers, 26, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Christopher L. Green, 27, of Marble Hill., Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jordan R. Smith, 23, of Marble Hill., Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Brittney S. Robinson, 26, 690 E. Jefferson St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Dustin R. Stallings, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Crystal G. Ingram, 32, 308 S. Ohio St., Apt. 10, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Clayton W. Ruesler, 30, of Old Appleton was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

Miscellaneous

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1300 block of Lenco Avenue.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
