DWI
* Brian McLain, 27, 122 S. Bellevue St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of a weapon and careless and imprudent driving.

* Brittany Estes, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
* Kyle Meystedt, 18, 255 Cornflower Lane, was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and improper lane usage.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 900 block of East Adams Street.
